We send an invoice with a clear description and a 12-month warranty, plus a secure payment link. Once paid, we visit on the agreed day to take exact measurements.
After exact measuring, we put the unit into production. Typical lead time is around 2 weeks (glass type dependent).
When your unit is ready, we let you know and book a fitting slot. We replace the sealed unit, take away your old glass unit for disposal, and check operation and seals. Thank you for your trust and cooperation.
